Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Loved their perfect Caesar Salad starter, we shared it to allow room for dessert. Had the rib eye steak and it was cooked perfectly and so very flavorful. The steak was accompanied by mashed potatoes that were perfect texture and temperature. Crème Brule and cappuccino to end the meal were perfect.

    When we finally sat down, our server came over immediately to get our drink orders and then totally forgot about us for about a half hour then tried to rush us to order and that was not the kind of Dining experience we were looking for… the food was great - noise level is fairly loud. You get the base sound from blue martini next door which just resonates in your ears, especially in the area that where we were sitting.

    We are frequent customers . We have our office party there every year for the holidays. The service last night was was really poor. No refills on water. Salad never came - had to ask for it. It was overdressed , beet juice all over the plate so the salad was sent back. Drink order was forgotten had to ask about it waiter forgot what was ordered and brought a menu back over for us to tell him what we wanted. Sub par service for capital grill.

    Dinner was excellent and so was the service! It was our anniversary and they had hear confetti and a card on the table which was a nice extra touch!
