Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille is one of the best restaurants. Every time we go there we are amazed at how delicious the food is and how amazing the staff is. We went for our anniversary and they gave us a rose, they had confetti hearts on the table along with a card. We started with a beet and goat cheese salad that was great, it had toasted pistachios on it. We also had an heirloom tomato and burrata salad that my husband loved. The lobster crab cake was delicious, it had actual chunks of lobster in it. Of course they give you a bread basket with butter which my husband loves. For the main course I had the bone-in ribeye which was cooked to perfection, and my husband had the citrus glazed salmon which came with string beans and marcona almonds. We also ordered creamed spinach, my favorite, roasted mushrooms that were really delicious, grilled asparagus and scalloped potatoes that were also delicious. We went a little crazy with the sides but we have a lot of leftovers and they will not go to waste. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. It's worth the money for the food and the amazing service you get.

    We had a lovely St Patrick’s Birthday celebration dinner for my twin daughters. Along with our lovely famfriends for life. The food was delicious and the service stellar.

    Elyse was a consummate hostess. (Nice to see ONLY female servers in the bar/lounge area on a busy Saturday evening🎉🎉) She took care of us and service was genuine and never felt rushed. We indulged in the Wine & Wagyu promotional special. Lovely 🍔🍷🤌🏼Your Saturday night staff was DA BOMB 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    Such an amazing experience at the capital grille. Although they are most defiantly on the pricey side, every single thing we ate was amazing. The waitress’ recommendations were all spot so great. We had the crab and lobster cake and the lamb Chops to start. The lamb chops were absolutely out of this world. Then we both had steak with sides of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. They were all cooked to perfection. The sides are also big enough for two, so just keep that in mind!
