   Although we expected the venue to be packed, I feel that it was not properly prepared for the large crowd. This is surprising, considering they did an excellent job marketing their Thanksgiving availability. Unfortunately, the service we received when we sat down was poor. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, and during that time, the waiter never refilled my water. When our food finally arrived, the dish that my wife specifically mentioned she was allergic to—almonds—was on her plate. Fortunately, the runner immediately took it back. However, when our waiter returned, he rudely only spoke to me and completely disregarded my wife, whose food was incorrect. He blamed the chef and left again. Because of this, my wife and I decided to take both meals to go. When my wife informed him of our decision, he dismissed her, saying, “Your food is coming out now,” ignoring what she had just told him. The managing partner came over to apologize for our experience. We explained that our main issue was the waiter's attitude after the incident, rather than the incorrect food—particularly because it involved a food allergy, which should always be taken seriously. Even while we were speaking with the managing partner, the waiter continued to address only me and not my wife. The managing partner did comp our meals for the evening, which we appreciated, although we were willing to pay. Despite this being the worst experience we’ve had at The Capital Grille, we plan to give them another chance in the future.

   Waited over 30 mins with a reservation. Went on OpenTable to see what else was available and they were still taking reservations while that backed up. Very long wait times for food. Service was ok but I expect a greater level when I’m paying a higher price point. Food was top notch.

   Our service was outstanding and the Thanksgiving dinner was delicious. The bone in filet was perfect.

   Staff was amazing and so was the food. Great spot whether you are there for a romantic dinner, family dinner, or business.

   Had reservations and checked in on time. 20 minutes to get seated when the restaurant was not busy. Sat the wrong party in front of us while standing right in front of the receptionist. Long time to be served from getting water, bread, drinks and food. Again, restaurant was not particularly busy. Overall disappointing service.

    Close to a perfect experience. Superb service couple with excellent food . My wife and I shared an appetizer a salad and a steak plus dessert , everything exceeded our expectations. We will return
