Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My husband and I went for Valentines Day, and we had a wonderful time!! Our server was amazing. Definitely recommend but be prepared for a higher cost. Worth it.

    Great food. Great drinks. Shane was one of the best waiters I’ve had in years. He was knowledgeable about everything from the food to the wine and personable. He seemed genuinely happy that we were there. I had informed them we were celebrating a birthday on the ap and they decorated the table and made it feel special. We will be back

    Lunch at Capital Grille is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The Lobster Bisque has so much fresh lobster (big pieces, not little ones), and they will add a circle of sherry on top, if you want it. There are choices of salads, sandwiches, and meals to satisfy all moods. Our server, Gina, was excellent and very nice. The Capital Grille never disappoints.
