   The entire Capital Grille experience was spectacular. We were dining for an anniversary and the table was presented beautifully with a heart of rose petals, a rose , and personalized card. The meal was delicious with superb service from our server, Jorge, and followed with a beautifully presented anniversary desert. Capital Grille is always a great dining experience and this night was especially special.

   This classic steak house met our expectations. Service was great, especially at the bar. We were all satisfied with the food but there was no WoW factor here. Sadly, coffee drinks were limited as their machine was out of service. Coconut cream pie was good, but did not taste like coconut. In the end, they delivered what was expected.

   Great food, great service & decor was awesome!! Music was perfect. Staff were all very professional & friendly. It was our Anniversary & they brought us Champagne, it was a great experience!! it was our first time here & definitely we will go back!!!

    we sat at bar saturday feb 01,2925- 7-9pm. i believe bartender was slammed w work so he did not take care of us. I’m sure he needed help. he forgot to welcome us as soon as got there and offer water. I believe this is the most basic service I will expect. Over the course of the night he forgot to refill water even to point thrmaf we ourselves had to grab the water and do it ourselves. He forgot to bring bread and butter. He took our order with probably about attitude, but maybe was my impression. he forgot to bring the wine bottle that we ordered. The appetizer arrived and we still had no wine bottle. We had to remind him about the bottle by the time main dish arrived. Overall the service experience was terrible. If I’m paying a five star restaurant, I’ve expect a good service if I sit at the bar, I expect the bartender to take care of my drinks. Again, maybe he was slang with work or maybe he just didn’t care I was checking this place out to have a larger potty for my company and upcoming celebrations. We were scoping the place for about 20 to 30 people after this experience I’m definitely taking my business somewhere else. I will probably not come back to that location sorry.
