Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Tonight was our first time dining with Capital Grille and it was amazing! Our server, Challice (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) was superb. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He made it extra special, as well as the bartender when we first arrived. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding and their specialty martini (Stoli Doli) is out of this world delicious! Wonderful place that we will be sure to visit again when we are in town next :)

    We were seated almost one hour after our reservation time. Service was excellent but some of the steaks were not cooked as asked and therefore delayed our experience further. In general once we were seated and the food came it was delicious and enjoyable- however more thought should be given to reservation times during busy conference periods.

    Great food as usual at Capital Grille, seafood tower and 22oz Ribeye were excellent as well as other apps, waiters gave excellent service, split the steak for us

    Our waiter Mony was simple amazing. We told him we had to be done by a certain time and he got us out with time to spare. Thank You Capital Grille

    The food is excellent, the service and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The main room is very noisy and not conducive to a quiet buissness dinner. The prices seem pretty steep.

    Husband had the 10 oz filet mignon and it was beautiful. Sides of mashed and creamed spinach were spot on. I had French onion soup to start with the lobster and crab cake as my entree. Both very good. We've been here several times and the servers are really outstanding. We had Natasha and Carrie and their service was impeccable!

    Our steaks were all over cooked, service was mediocre. She never came back to check on us. The entire experience was disappointing

    This was my first experience at this particular location. The food was very underwhelming compared to past experiences. Steak was under seasoned and came out blue rare instead of medium rare. The waiter was not focused on our table at all which led to over an hour wait on our food. I love capital grille but will never return to this one
