Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great food and service! Sea bass had a delicious crispy crust. Bone in beef tenderloin was amazing n lobster Mac and cheese as always did not disappoint

    We were warmly welcomed the moment we walked in. Timothy and Emma took care of our table with superb style. They provided excellent service and suggestions. Timothy made us feel like we were the only people in the room and added some laughs as a bonus. The sea bass was delicate and flavorful. We enjoyed every moment with all of the staff we came in contact with. I don't think it would be very much fun to work Christmas Day, but you couldn't tell it from the staff here. Oh, and the music wasn’t too loud!

    Excellent food. And Andy was an excellent server. As was Emma and Ethan. Had a great time and added so greatly to our Christmas experience

    Our waiter was amazing, so friendly and easy going. And the food was great too. We got the tuna tar tar appetizer and it was so flavorful. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the Brussels sprouts were fantastic too. At the end, our waiter surprised us with free dessert! Great experience all around. The perfect Christmas Eve dinner.

    Everything about Capital Grille was exactly as you’d want. Great setting, excellent food and mostly outstanding service. The only reason for the lower rating on service was the bartender. She was terrible. There’s never a good time to be as rude and unfriendly at a restaurant like this, but especially so on Christmas Eve. She was not nice to us, others and her coworkers. Also learned she was not just having a bad night. Not sure why she is there as an initialed contact with guests. We’ll be back, but not at the bar if she’s there.

    The service was impeccable. The steak however was incredibly disappointing. Our entire table ordered steaks for our entrees and my daughter and I ordered the same prepared at different temperatures and they were both were sub par. As far as the entree was concerned, we all surmised that we had experienced much better tasting meals at Texas Road House for 1/3rd of the price. Conversely, the atmosphere, service and over all ambience was fabulous for our post-Christmas show evening.

    Place is great, John who is one of the GM stopped by the table often to check on us. Derek was our server, he was awesome, Alex the bar tender is one of the greatest inn the city. Food war excellent.
