Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Seated in a different area where the noise level seemed a bit louder than I remembered. Most of the food was great though…seafood platter appetizer, 10oz filet mignon with lobster mac & cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Brussels sprouts (not crispy at all) was drenched in sauce and overcooked which in turn was a bit salty but everything else was delicious. Drinks were tasty too (Kona espresso martini, old fashioned, and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc). Our server, Alex was very informative and accommodating.

Aline, the bartender, was very friendly. My husband said she made the best In (Old) Fashioned. Food was great, except for the sautéed spinach which was too salty for our taste.

both of us had steak which was phenomenal. Dessert chocolate cake was out of this world. Everyone in the restaurant was working like a well oiled machine. Our waiter Victor was the best.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived! We were celebrating our marriage that day and Capital Grille went above and beyong our expectations. Our table was a generous sized booth with little wedding decorations and a hand written congratulations card from the staff. We were surprisingly treated to a very nice glass of champagne. Our servers were terrific and the chef made a point to visit our table to make sure we were enjoying the food. As always, the food was very good and we enjoyed a nice bottle of Clos de Val cabernet. The hostess and manager are to be complimented for their kindness and hospitality. We will back to Capital Grille just as soon as we can!

We recently dined at Capital Grill and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, and our table location was simply perfect for a relaxed evening. A special thanks to our server, Eve, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality made the meal even more memorable. I highly recommend Capital Grill for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience.
