Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Thanksgiving always busy at places. We had to wait 40 plus minutes for our reserved seat. They ran out (how?) of sweet potato dish and our dinner took over an hour to be served. Not the waiters fault at all but honestly the manager should’ve said or comped something for that wait. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

    Thanksgiving Dinner was very good. We were very happy with our server Tessa who was excellent and the quality of the food. The noise level was rather high.

    Excellent as always. We enjoyed the filet and the NY strip as well as the crab cocktail (phenomenal with huge lumps of crab), the lobster Mac & cheese, creamed spinach, and Brussel sprouts. All terrific. We understand the Thanksgiving turkey dinner was delicious but as mentioned we opted for steak. Service was perfect also. We always love dining at The Capital Grille

    AWFUL experience on Thanksgiving day. I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN on a holiday. They INTENTIONALLY significantly overbooked. We had a 1 PM reservations on Thanksgiving day. We arrived on time to a packed lobby and bar full of people waiting on their tables. It was almost an hour before we were seated. To add insult to injury they were still taking reservations. COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS SO THEY COULD GENERATE AS MUCH REVENUE AS POSSIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT,
