   My friend and I had a fabulous birthday lunch at Capital Grille today. The entire wait staff was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and they went above and beyond at every level of service. Our table was decorated with birthday confetti and we received a birthday card. The wine we ordered was superb. We both ordered lobster bisque which was delicious. I ordered the Cobb salad with beef tenderloin slices. It was a huge and yummy serving. My friend ordered the tenderloin sandwiches that came with truffle fries, and she loved her meal. I have to compliment our waitress Sarita. She was fabulous and returned to our table often to make sure we were pleased with our food. She brought us two incredible desserts. We definitely felt pampered for our birthdays.

   Service was exceptional. Food was delicious. As long as you know it is in the high end of cost. You will not be disappointed.

   My boyfriend and I chose to visit The Capital Grille for restaurant week. And to also celebrate my boyfriend's upcoming play at KCRep, Broke-ology. When we arrived, they asked us what we were celebrating and once we got to the table we had a nice little confetti surprise and a cute note! Our server was great. The food was absolutely delicious. And we enjoyed our entire experience!

   We had a wonderful experience during our visit at Capital Grille during Restaurant Week. We were greeted at our car as we pulled up by the valet, and were seated as soon as we walked into the restaurant. The table was very nice and even though we were in the main dining room, we were able to have a nice conversation, that almost felt as though we were in an intimate space. Our server greeted us within a couple minutes of being at our table. Our server, “Benjamin” was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and made our dining experience very enjoyable. The food and service was absolutely amazing and better than anything we could have imagined. We asked Benjamin about requesting him for our server for a family dinner we are planning to celebrate our son’s engagement and he said that even if it was going to be his day off that he would come in and cover our dinner. Although this was our first experience dining at Capital Grille, we know that it will not be our last visit. Everything was truly amazing!

    Great experience for restaurant week. Best clam chowder. Great steak. Fabulous service for our 42nd anniversary. All the staff, especially our server, Sarita, made our anniversary dinner special. The note and rose for my wife was a very classy touch.
