   The Risotto that came with my seared scallops was dry and had a few dried pieces of lobster ( I wasn’t expecting much lobster but the few dry pieces were well below my modest expectations) My son also had a risotto dish that was even drier The steaks were all cooked perfectly and were delicious Our server Catalina was extremely pleasant and attentive

   Regular here. Waited too long for entrees. My steak was cold! Server not very attentive.

   We almost always celebrate a family birthday at CG including last night. We love the way they dress the table. The complimentary birthday dessert for the celebrant is always appreciated, and we look forward to it. It may have been that it was a Holiday, so it was really busy. Service was slow. It felt a little disorganized. Our server seemed overwhelmed, nevertheless, he was polite, and nice, and tried his best to make sure we are taken cared of. We were seated on a booth, which we appreciated as we requested it when we made our reservation, truly appreciated. The table on our side, a round table of a family of 10, I think, per my memory, was just VERY LOUD. Thank goodness they were just finishing up with their dessert and it was not too long before they left. It was not a perfect evening of dinner like our other dinner there, but it will not stop us from coming back to CG. After all, we love the basket of bread at CG.

   Another great dinner at one of our favorite steak house restaurants. The CG never disappoints with outstanding service, delicious steaks and cocktails. The wine selection is impressive with a nice variety of pairings to go with your meal. The service is outstanding as we have come to expect here. The meal is paced perfectly with just the right balance of attentiveness. Steaks were deliciously seasoned and cooked to perfection at the requested temperature. We were seated in a booth with a view into the kitchen providing a cinematic experience of a well run kitchen staff. It was a great time to spend with family to celebrate the holidays.

   The good and the service was very good as usual. The table we were given wasn’t the best table at all this time. Foot traffic from all sides this time. Made the dining experience hectic with food and drinks and constant bumps from servers etc. Christmas, holidays; hopefully this time around it was just a bad table based on a busy holiday season.

   Dinning at the Capital Grille (KOO) is always a great experience. The service is top notch and food always excellent prepared. Overall quality makes this a good value. Weight and support staff are always pleasant, upbeat and very helpful

   We had such an amazing time for a small bday gathering! We had the private room in the back and it was amazing service and delicious food. I love capital grill !!
