Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     One of our best meals out in a long time. Our server Scott Benson was attentive, pleasant and professional and not intrusive. Kona rubbed NY Strip was phenomenal and the sea bass was best we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

    Our server was the best. She made excellent recommendations all of which we were very satisfied with. Everyone was excellent and attentive. The steaks are the best as was the ambiance. Love the jazz music. Can’t wait to return.

    The KoP Capital Grille is always the best. The food, the service, the atmosphere. It’s our go-to when we want a really nice dinner out. The only recommendation I would make would be to institute a dress code. Such a great restaurant deserves to have its clientele dressed up as well.

    This is a go to for us for special occasions. Our requested server was not working so we had someone else. He was ok but not the usual over the top service we are used to.

    50th valentines celebration. Almost perfect...even after prepping 2 days ahead then with our server and the new manager...I felt left down as there was no acknowledgement. Ultimately great food and service...just ended with a let down.
