Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our turkey entree was SO DELICiOUS… as were the sides… and the Filet mignon ordered by one person in our party… desserts were delicious too… the cappuccino could have been hotter.

    There’s a second time four months that I have taken my family to Capital Grille. I’m going to give this restaurant a pass because it was Thanksgiving and they were very busy. But this restaurant is not the same as it used to be.  I hope the next time we dine here it will be different.

    Food was scrumptious. Superb service and atmosphere was outstanding. The server and manager were well attentive and friendly. Drinks were good too.

    Very reliable, upscale chain steak house. Service was excellent and our meals were prepared perfectly. Celebrated my sister's birthday and we had a great time.

    We love The Capital Grille! We’ve never had any bad experiences here ! The restaurant is very clean at all times when we’ve been there And, our Server Scott B. Did an excellent job - here was professional and also gave his opinion when asked about a particular item on the menu We’re sure to return !
