Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were seated in the very back corner of the very back room, which we didnt even know was there. There were only 4 tables total in the room. We waited 50 minutes to even place an order. Fortunately, we had visited the bar while we waited for our table so we brought drinks to the table with us. The other tables in the room had 4, 5 and 6 guests and they received all of the server's attention. He was very young and seemingly inexperienced and it ruined our NYE experience. This is not at all what we have previously experienced at Capital Grille so we will come back but I am very disappointed that this was how we rang in the New Year. We had many other dining options and we thought this would be the best and it was not. We probably would have enjoyed it more had we just eaten at the bar. The bar staff was amazing and fun! The food was fantastic. The wine sommelier we chatted with at length, while we waited for our server to appear, was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped to improve our overall experience.

    The lobster bisque was cold. The waiter found out about it and quickly recovered and corrected the problem. Service was top notch❤️The quality of the food was wonderful.
