Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Server was fantastic! Food delicious. Prepared just right the men loved the tuna dish and the women loved the filet! The potatoes au gratin were delicious. My only negative was that the creamed spinach was tasteless. We would definitely go back!!

    It was a great dining experience. Everyone was great for my visit. I have been to the one in Minneapolis, Minnesota, about 20-30 times over 20 years; so I knew I was in for an amazing meal. It is my favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. I liked the ambiance, decor, the spaciousness of the restaurant. Mark P was my server and he was training Jesus who did a great job. I met Ryan the manager on the way to valet parking as I left the store. I will definitely be back again next time I am in the Miami area.

    We love going to the Miami location. Capital Grille is one of our favorite steakhouses! We love going for our wedding anniversary and love how they always set up our table with a “happy anniversary” card and give you an “anniversary dessert”. It’s such a sweet touch to celebrate our special day. This time we our server was Marc P. He was so great! Marc went above and beyond to provide us a great service. Thank you so much Marc!

    Came here for my cousins bachelor party. We were able to reschedule numerous times because of scheduling. And the valet parking was a very good experience. Everybody was fast, respectful, and overall amazing. We love coming to The Capital Grille.

    Love mahogany atmosphere but way over priced $50 for a simple chicken breast ( insane) Park to eat there $15 that is not welcoming . 9.50 for a bottle of water that costs them $1 at most. Everything on menu is up 15% and it is not worth it

    I had an exceptional experience from start to finish! The service was impeccable—every staff member was attentive and friendly. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. Every bite reflected the care and quality the restaurant puts into their dishes. If you’re looking for a steakhouse that delivers both top-notch service and incredible food, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
