Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I am so grateful to the staff of Capital Grill for working on Thanksgiving day. Everything was terrific. Capital Grill never disappoints. A notable mention was there sweet potato with pecans and marshmallows. It was delicious. The bar service is always right on target. The service was prompt and friendly. We had a great meal and a wonderful evening. Thank you, Capital Grill.

    We made reservations for Thanksgiving and had never been to Capital Grille. We were early and were able to sit at the bar while waiting. According to my Wife, Samuel made an excellent Lemon Drop Martini. When dinner time came, Kayla R. was our server. She was professional and had a great sense of humor. She made the evening! The food was incredible and we had a great time!

    Nicole was great as always. We are regulars and for a nice Holiday meal without the fuss you should go and give it a try. Traditional dinner with all the sides and don't forget to add the sweet potatoes.
