Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Celebrated an anniversary. My sister and her family have never dined there before. Everything was perfect So impressed. All agreed best steak ever!

We went for the lamb chops and they were exceptional! The heirloom tomato salad with burrata was delicious as also the mashed potatoes and asparagus. This created just the perfect combination for dinner. We split the chops and salad and it was just the right amount of food. Accompanied by a nice bottle of wine and it was a fabulous meal! The staff here is phenomenal! A special shout out to Kenny in the front of the house. Can’t wait to do it again. Best in town and wait to do it again!

Is The Capital Grille - same restaurant different location - they have great consistency from restaurant to restaurant. Shannon Our server was amazing and treating us like we were her only table. The food was warm to hot - but delicious and filling.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. The host and service were amazing. Making our special “picking up the wedding dress” evening extra special. I’ve been having date nights with my husband here for years and have never been disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with our server, Kenneth, standing out as a true professional—attentive without being intrusive. The food was cooked to absolute perfection, and the dirty martini with Grey Goose was crafted flawlessly. While there were two minor hiccups—no valet service at lunch and an initial seating mix-up—the staff handled it graciously, quickly accommodating our request for a booth. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we’d gladly repeat. Highly recommend!
