Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The atmosphere was nice and we got a booth that made it feel nice and private. Our server was very professional and did a good job. The tuna appetizer was excellent, the onion soup was good. Unfortunately the steak and seabass entree an especially the mushroom and spinach sides had no seasoning and the “Kona” seasoning on the steak didn’t enhance it.

    We had an incredible dinner celebrating wedding planning and our engagement. TCG staff was wonderful and we had one of the best meals ever!

    Superb finner ( although the calamari were ridiculously spicy)..but the rest was first class. Pity it is too expensive

    Our server, Jessie, was outstanding. Available without being overly intrusive. We ordered salad and steak which Were cooked to perfection. The only miss was the au gratin potatoes. We didn’t care for the bread crumbs on top.

    Excellent food and service. The sliced filet with mushrooms was so good. Bread Basket was delicious. Our server was also excellent - did not rush us and gave us good recommendations. Don't forget to order the coconut cream pie - so good! High end restaurant worth the money.
