Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     What a pleasure celebrating my husband 60th birthday! Joe was a wonderful waiter that made us feel extremely special and provided several food choices that were delicious.  we love the touch of the birthday confetti and birthday card. The restaurant provided and a beautiful sampling of desserts with the happy birthday saying. They were also respectful, not singing happy birthday when we requested. We will definitely be back very impressed with the valet service as well.

    We were seated and it took almost 20 minutes for a waiter to come over and take our drink order. And it was not very busy. Very disappointing.

    We had an absolutely wonderful dinner. There were a lot of people and larger parties going on so the noise level was loud but the staff still made sure to make this evening super special for us. Our waiter was wonderful and I can’t say enough good things. Kona crusted is the way to go always - best steak there is!

    The Bartender was great . Food was delicious. Just felt rushed! Paying a lot of money and knowing that going there. Was it because it was 3 women? Just didn’t feel like attention was given. Would have ordered more if the serve appeared. Overall food was good but been to better.

    Reconsider going on a major holiday. We dined on Thanksgiving and the service was erratic at best. The waiter and his assistant were hard to find when needed. Our drinks and starters came out in two groups. We also needed to remind the waiter or/assistant to refill water glasses and for other missing items. new fork etc... The wait for these requests was too long. The food was good, not extraordinary.
