Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Excellent as always. Thanks Capital Grille for making my friend's 60th birthday celebration so special. Setting up the private dining table and decorating it was above and beyond. Making me a burger off the menu was so great! Our service was amazing, food was amazing. Your restaurant always exceeds expectations.

    Had a great experience, went there for my parents anniversary. They had the table prepared already inviting them with a flower on the table, and then presented a wonderful dessert table wishing him a happy anniversary loved the experience.
