Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The service and food is the best in the city !! Our waitress Torrey was the best and right on the ball with everything and the restaurant was very crowded!!

    Our server , Will, was excellent. He made suggestions asked us what we liked and guided us through the menu. The food was excellent. Although the price is high it’s great for a special occasion.

    Steak was tasty but not top quality for the price - great place and amazing service . Their quality of meat has been less than other high end steak restaurants for years and not sure why!

    Very attentive staff, from the hostess stand to the servers, at every interaction. Accommodating of our theater schedule. Excellent presentation , dinner and experience. As always, exceeded our expectations!
