   Phenomenal experience. This was my second time coming. I took my mom for her birthday. Jeff was our server and did a terrific job. The experience of going to capital grille for a special occasion is exceptional. You are made to feel so special and catered too. Will be back again, and absolutely loved our experience from food, to service, and ambiance.

   Dined at the Legacy Place Capital Grille the night before. Ordered same meal. Legacy was prepared better and tasted better than Providence. Service was better as well at Legacy. Both equally crowded. Table, at Providence, was not ready at reservation time. Bar was not crowded but no direct access to bartenders. Had to continually reach over patron seated at the bar for service. Dinner service at Providence was slow. Slower than normal for a fine restaurant. Had to ask for wine list and then had to flag waiter down to order the wine. We were never offered dessert options, after dinner drinks or coffee. Overall, Providence Capital Grille was a mediocre experience for the expense.

   It has been a while since I been to Capital Grille. It was my sons 21st bday & he is a steak lover! Upon walking in, I was barely greeted by 3 ladies at the podium. That took me back because they are the first faces you see upon walking in & and truthfully, they weren't very inviting. I was thinking geeshh... I hope this doesn't set the tone for the rest of the evening. We were seated, Tom was our server & I have to say he was AMAZING! Friendly, Engaging, Knowledgeable.. A+. My husband & I own 2 restaurants/bars. Customer Service is key! Tom was amazing. I would come back just for him. The 3 ladies are at the desk.. not so much! It was a storm yesterday & people were still out giving business to your restaurant. Not being a pleasant face when you come through the door is a downer! Anyhow... food, drinks & my server was amazing! Thank you ✨️

   The Capital Grille stands as a preferred establishment for our family, especially during the holidays and celebrating birthdays. The convenience of valet parking is so much appreciated. Although Ken was not on duty, our server, Matthew, offered exemplary service. His guidance on menu selections was commendable, and my tenderloin paired with lobster tails was delectable. The birthday dessert plate perfectly concluded the evening.

   Quite possibly the best steaks out there. Can cut a ribeye with a fork and have never had a bad meal there. They always go above and beyond.

   My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at Capital Grille. Keith was our waiter and he was AMAZING - best waiter we’ve ever had!! He made our experience so wonderful and we’ll definitely be going back again!

    2 of the 3 meals were served as requested. The third was overcooked and over seasoned. All of the three meals and the three first course soups were unattractively presented. Wait time for the entrees was longer than usual and since it was 1:00PM the restaurant was near empty so it couldn't have been an overworked kitchen. The server was courteous and helpful. Overall, many of our past experiences have been better at this restaurant.
