Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This is an excellent high-end steakhouse. I had the jumbo lump crabmeat cocktail to start. My husband had the wedge salad. Both were excellent. He had a rib eye and I had a filet. Both were prepared perfectly and served with the delicious Courvoisier cream sauce. We ordered the creamed corn as a side, which was also delicious. We were celebrating a major new purchase and received a complimentary dessert to top off our meal. Our server Sean was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to celebrating another special occasion there.

    Our food was excellent as always and once we were finally seated we had a great experience for my husbands 80th birthday. The problem was that I had made the reservations a couple of months in advance, we arrived on time and waited almost an hour past our reservation. We saw numerous parties the same number as ours (5) be seated well ahead of us, as we waited and waited .My husband has balance issues and I’m saddled with a neck brace as a result of a freak accident where I broke two cervical vertebrae. So sitting on hard back chairs or standing is very uncomfortable. Kind of dampened the evening.
