Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great place, great food and wonderful service. I am sorry now I only left a 20% tip. Sorry guys. I will make it up next time. Bottom line: we all wanted variations from the fixed menu and they accommodated us with a smile. The food was simply great, and the atmosphere exactly as it should be. Thank you so much and sorry again for the inconsiderate tip!

    The outdoor seating area is wonderful and we appreciate that our small dog is allowed because we bring him when we travel. My steak was cooked perfectly and my husband really liked the chicken dish but says it is overpriced. For 2 people without alcohol the bill was $130. Pricey but delicious and attentive service.

    The food, service and atmosphere were fabulous. We ate outside on the patio with our dog. Dinner and the service were A+ and the tables were nicely spaced. We will definitely go back.

    5th Annual birthday celebration at Capital Grille for 91 year old grandfather and 30 year old grandson. Always an exceptional experience!
