Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Sirloin steaks were ok but not worth the hype. Cheeseburger was smaller than expected and very dry. Matt are server was terrific. Overall very good but not over the top.

    Our server “Kay”, was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant had spread rose petals and glitter on our table and helped us in every way celebrate our 50th anniversary!! An added special addition was a Gluten Free menu for my wife’s safety and enjoyment. Well done Capital team! Thank You

    We were told the Capitol Grill was out of Coconut Cream Pie. When we left the hostess mentioned it was in the oven and brought us a piece. Extremely disappointing. No cocunet cream. All crust and whipped cream.

    We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. It was a nice surprise when we arrived at the table and it was sprinkled with birthday-themed confetti and a birthday card. They also brought a complementary dessert sampling complete with candle when we finished our meal. The service and meal were impeccable. Love the ambiance and the wine list!
