Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Celebrated a friend’s special birthday! Food and service was outstanding.! We were not rushed at all. Had a wonderful celebration in a classy atmosphere ! Wonderful restaurant to celebrate special events!

    An exceptional night at Capital Grille. As always and expected, the steaks were super flavorful. We all ordered filets and enjoyed them tremendously. Service was outstanding. Indulged in the Stoli Doli martini and it is SO yummy. Manager Jon Levine went WAY above the call of duty to make us feel welcome and appreciated, and served a complimentary dessert to one of our guests who was new to Capital Grille. Also recommend the burrata and tomato salad, a well as the caesar salad.

    We are always incredibly pleased at The Capital Grille! Xavier was a wonderful server. We have been to many of The Capital Grille’s and they never disappoint. We love taking people to experience fine dining and a great staff! Thank you

    We love the Capital Grille. Always one of our favorites. That said, the menu is getting a bit stale and should really be updated. Service was good, food was good and as always, they treat you well at the front. Only disappointment was the au grotin potatoes we got as a side...it was really just a side of garlic with a few potatoes.....We mentioned it to the waiter and he relayed it to the kitchen (as it really should be done) and he took it off the bill. Overall, still great.

    Outstanding place to celebrate our anniversary. The wine selection is amazing and the food was superb. The service was on point. Hands down the best steakhouse chains around.

    They always do a lovely job for celebrating any special occasion! There were rose petals and a long stem red rose on our table along with a nice card. Dessert was excellent and served with two glasses of champagne! Love this restaurant!
