Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a perfect experience. Great food. Excellent service delivered in a timely manera by Jake. For us, the prices are a bit sleep, so it's an occasion restaurant. But it met our expectations.

    I love coming here and I was looking forward to brining my husband here for years. I was disappointed when they sat us at the smallest table in the section over by the entrance. It felt like we were shoved there and there was very little space. The ambiance there is horrible. Our waiter and our food were both great. Hopefully we can come back and experience the delicious food again at a different table

    We went there for the first time on Thanksgiving and had a great experience. The food, service and atmosphere were just what we hoped for. This will be our go to place for special occasions in the future. Highly recommended.
