Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before my wedding at the Fairmont. The way were treated was exceptional, we were given a wonderful table with rose petals, a congratulatory card, constant congratulations from the staff, amazing food, and a celebratory dessert. I will always cherish these memories for a lifetime and I can’t thank Capitol Grille enough for their wonderful hospitality and kindness. ♥️

    We had the best steak, seafood and wine before the symphony. Jon our server was the best at keeping us on time and provided great service. The other staff were very gracious too.

    Fabulous lunch menu so many choices The lobster salad was fantastic! Our server Deo was also fantastic! The ambiance perfect! So what else could one need? Only the next reservation there again!!

    This is our annual anniversary dinner. The Capital Grille never disappoints. The steaks are delicious. The sides are amazing and generous. Love the Stoli Doli. The wine was great. We had plenty to take home, too.
