Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Michael was our waiter. Excellent! We ordered a steak and a salmon dish after sharing a tuna tartare. The food was perfect. We LOVE the Capital Grille!

Always an awesome experience at Capital Grille. On this visit we had Liz. She was great. We do have our regular favorite staff and we are pleased to add another. The filet with cippolinni mushrooms is delicious. Try the pumpernickel bread.

Jordan is a fantastic server and our meal was delicious. We had a party of six and went on last night of Restaurant Week at 5:30 on a Sunday. It was unusually packed and pretty noisy but only because it was last night of Restaurant Week. Chef Carlos crushed every single thing. Highly recommend

Dinner for 6 people, we had the opportunity for restaurant week menu. Love when there are tons of upgrades on that menu. Food was fab, service wonderful- thank you Michael!! From the moment we walk in and are greeted by Elena at the desk - we feel special!! To Kevin and James the managers- good job to you and the team in the crazy Friday night!!
