Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great birthday dinner. Nick was our waiter and while we’ve eaten here a few times prior, he made some recommendations that were top notch. As expected the steaks were superb, but as my husband noted, he couldn’t recall a better filet and my bone-in filet was amazing. All cooked perfectly. The recommendation for the mashed potatoes was on point, although I was hesitant to order mashed potatoes. How good could the actually be? Well might be the best mashed potatoes we’ve ever had. Then we had the coconut cream pie which was better than any expectation we had for it. From beginning to end the meal was great, and Nick and his service were flawless.

    Our server was awesome. We had chilled seafood to start and Steak and Seabass for dinner. The experience was terrific, we will be back.

    Great experience at The Capital Grille last night. Perfect, attentive service, correct pace of courses, tasty entree and sides, and drinks from bar before meal were also spot on. The steak could’ve been seasoned a little more for our taste. Love all the bread options at the start of the meal as well. Decor and ambiance felt a little dark and dated. I felt the value for what we got was fair and not overpriced like many high end steakhouses. The crab/lobster cake appetizer was the standout for us. Will be back!

    It's always a pleasure dining at Capital world. When I call to make reservations, they give me my special table. The service, the food and the ambiance always excellent. It's always my go-to place.
