Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The service was very good. When our steak came out medium instead of medium rare, they took it back and brought us a fresh steak cooked perfectly. They even bought us dessert as an apology.

    Always excellent. Manager Tom does an outstanding job and Coach always takes great care of the clients. Excellent food, excellent service always a special time out.

    The staff was very friendly and available, especially with it being New Years Eve. The onion soup was outstanding, as always! One of our favorite places to dine!

    We enjoyed dinner in the car/lounge with my elderly father whose hearing is limited. It was a terrific suggestion by your seating host! The waiter and wait staff were--always are--exceptionally friendly, informative, and attentive. Thank you for always providing us such delicious and memorable meals!!
