   The ambience at the Circular Dining Room at Hotel Hershey is incredible! There is nothing like it in Central PA! Unfortunately, over the years the menu has changed and it mirrors a resort restaurant’s menu with very limited choices. Appetizers and salads are also very limited. The filets were good, but mine needed to be sent back as the middle was still raw. I ordered it medium. From the time we ordered to receiving our dinner, it was well over an hour +++. The filet was accompanied with maybe a tablespoon of potato puree decorated on the plate with a small onion pearl, two petite broccoli pieces, and two slices of a mushroom. The circular did provide two chocolate strawberries for my husbands birthday celebration which was very nice and delicious! As a comparison, we ate at 1700 degrees steakhouse two weeks ago and the dinner was incredible. More choices on the menu for appetizers, salads, soups, entrees and sides. The steaks were done to perfection! And the timing between each course was just right. The Circular used to be our favorite restaurant in the area for a special occasion. We are disappointed with the changes that were made awhile ago and had hoped their would be more of a blend to the menu. (Old and new) , but happy to patronize 1700 more in the future for special occasions or just a very nice dinner! Hopefully the Hotel Hershey will revisit their menu again soon and make some positive changes.

   We go to the circular at least 2 times a year. It's always a treat. My wife LOVES the chocolate martini and the elegant surroundings. Food is always good to OK.

   The Circular is elegant from cocktails to entree to dessert. We were celebrating an 82nd birthday and our dining experience was memorable!

   We have eaten here many times and seldom disappointed. It seemed the stations had less food choices than they’ve offered in the past. The offerings appeared they wanted to get rid of the leftover Thanksgiving food. Pretty decent raw bar if you’re into that sort of food but for the price we were hoping for better options. Dessert table was messy with limited options. We went there for our anniversary and disappointingly not sure when we’ll be going back again.

   Lovely restaurant and great service. Very well paced and never felt rushed. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We each had the filet and it was the perfect size and cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend The Circular and look forward to returning.
