We sat at the bar and we were ignored even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast which is served looking like a sausage. I was surprised. Food was salty and the truffle was VERY intense. I was excited to try Derrick but we won’t be back.

delicious, well-plated food, in a quiet space; drinks are great too . We had the chicken and salmon and did not leave a crumb. Smoked chocolate mousse for dessert was the cherry on top.

First time to The Derrick Gin Mill and I will go back. The service was great, and the food was very good. Noise level was very high as a table of 8 men did not sit at their table but rather stood right by our table of two. Once we mentioned to our waitress that we could not hear each other speak, they moved us quickly to another table and all was good. thank you for the great evening with a friend.

Service was a bit slow but the food was awesome and priced very reasonably. Will be back!

Overall the experience was pretty good, they even had live music that evening. The service was good and the snacks we had were too. The only issue was a few of us were trying to order different gins to try however there was at least 5 that we selected that were sold out. It was getting a little annoying trying to order gin and getting told it wasn’t available.

Great food and amazing drinks! The ambience was definitely needed to be adjusted. The lights were like hotel style all on. Didnt really set a good mood, unfortunately.

Only four stars on service as we had to wait a while. In fairness, it was right after 12 noon and they were pretty busy!
