    All aspects of the meal were what you’d expect from a high quality dining experience like the Biltmore Inn provides. Staff are very friendly, professional, and attentive. Food is presented very nicely and taste was excellent.

    Fabulous experience all around! Food was amazing, well prepared and interesting ingredient combinations. Room was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

    This was the most beautiful dining room we've ever eaten in. The food was all excellent and we look forward to a return trip. The drinks, salad, meal and dessert exceeded out expectations. Our server, Teresa, was friendly and very helpful. It was a 5/5 star experience.

    My husband and I dined here for our Anniversary - and it was an exceptional experience beginning with the greeting from the host at check-in to the dessert and adult dessert coffee. Elijah - our server was the epitome of a professional waiter - personable, savvy and dedicated to the two of us having a wonderful evening. We began with the Autumn Salad and Squash Soup, which were tasty and perfect, followed by two Filet Mignons, artfully prepared with asparagus, creamy potato butter, and bordelaise sauce. Our table was in front of the fireplace and the cocktail and wine list extensive. We chose glasses of red from the Biltmore Winery which were excellent. This is one of the finest dinners we have had around the globe - thank you Biltmore for your continued dedication to gracious hospitality!

    very attentive waiters. My steak was done perfectly. Very happy that they always ask about food allergies. A bit on the expensive side but a good choice for a special evening.

    We very much appreciated the courtesy and care with which every single staff member treated us. My husband loved every single dish he ordered. I am vegetarian and would have loved to see more options than just one. Even the one that they have, the tri-color cauliflower - it was excellent the first day but on second day, it was just boiled cauliflowers and had no taste. The pasta dish on another night was quite good. In my experience, few American restaurants serve a tasty vegetarian dish but few that do, are superb. Perhaps try another recipe? The breakfast was always more than excellent. Lots of choices. We always ordered from the menu and everything tasted great. Overall we had wonderful experience. Unfortunately, Helene hit NC during our week at the Biltmore Inn. During these devastating times, the staff was still always very pleasant and courteous - even though they weren't able to go home and must have had many things on their minds. Even when the hotel converted to Shelter, the food was, while all cold, really wonderful. This was a wonderful experience for us in every way, in terms of the overall staff, meals as well as ambiance. Definitely something to be experienced at least once. This was our first stay at the Inn and second visit to the Biltmore House.

    Our server Mario had a bad night and was not personable or attentive. Several dishes were served tepid or cool and not hot.

    Service was top-notch without being stuffy. Food quality was among the best we've experienced anywhere in the US. The crab cake appetizer was the best we'd had anywhere. The lamb rack, the meat for which is produced on Biltmore Farms, was particularly delicious. Desserts were delicious; the tiramisu was the best we had ever eaten. It certainly didn't hurt that we sat by a window with a view of the distant Blue Ridge mountains.
