   Excellent fine dining experience. Outstanding food, service, and ambience. Generous portions. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth tender. We will plan to dine here again during our next visit.

   It was quite literally the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Hank was a great waiter and the night was just amazing for my boyfriend’s. 11/10!

   My wife and I ate at the Dining Room on Thursday Feb 20, 2025 for a post Valentines Day celebration. The food was fantastic and the service spectacular. All of the wait staff were very attentive. Everything came out in a timely fashion We enjoyed dressing up for this occasion. Of course, my lovely wife received a little more attention due to the dazzling dress that she wore that night. We hope to return some day.

   The food at the Dining Room is amazing but more importantly the entire event is amazing. The valet services, the maître di and the wait staff was terrific. The maître di asked if we were celebrating an event and we said a late Valentines Day dinner. We were seated at a table secluded from the others with an awesome sunset view. Our waiter was Mario and he was great. He started us with wine and a bread tray. Which was delicious. He gave us lots of time to snack and discuss the menu. He assured we were both good with the oyster amuse bouche before delivering it to the table. It was wonderful. We shared two appetizers which Mario staggered for our pleasure. The Cheese plate was very good and the Tuna Tartare as well. Our main courses of Lamb and Filet Mignon was on point. We finished with coffee drinks and Creme Brulee. As a final offering we received red roses and a chocolate truffle. The meal, the ambiance and the staff was all perfect. We will be back!!!

   My wife and I are Biltmore pass holders and live nearby in West Asheville. We enjoy visiting the estate regularly as a couple and as a family. This visit was a Valentine’s Day date. The service is first-rate. Hank, our server, was the best. The food was superb and the atmosphere was romantic. Easily the most upscale dining experience in Asheville.

   We (just two of us) asked for a quieter area as we were celebrating a birthday, they willingly accommodated our request and provided excellent service. The dinner was delicious and we lingered the entire evening. A marvelous experience.

   The food and service was amazing. For an elegant romantic evening I would only recommend this restaurant. Never had food taste so good. The soup and filet mignon was amazing. Our two girls had the mac & cheese and cheese noodles off the kids menu and they even said their food tasted amazing.  The maple ice cream was to die for.

    She crab soup was delicious. Wonderful gluten free alterations on most courses. Expensive, but a good choice for a special occassion. Enjoyed our dinner!
