    There is a proper chef here, pigeon was beautiful. Really well excuted food across the board. Our service was a little slow as they were busy. Enjoyable experience, recommend to anyone who cares about what they eat.

    Excellent Saturday lunch at the Ewe and Lamb. Fish and chips just about took the honours with beautiful sea fresh white fish in a crispy batter but all good. Like Arnie - I’ll be back 😎

    The Ewe and Lamb is always a good place to visit. The food is excellent, the staff welcoming and the overall atmosphere good, if a bit on the noisy side. Just two points; the sofas in the bar area are far too low to eat comfortably at the tables and also it would be really nice if, once shown to our seats we had an order taken for drinks fairly speedily, as we had to wait a long time to give any order and waited half an hour for our drinks.
