Le restaurant The Frog and The Peach, situé dans le centre-ville de New Brunswick, au New Jersey, est l'un des meilleurs restaurants du Garden State, récemment nommé le meilleur restaurant « complet » du New Jersey pour « son impressionnante nouvelle cuisine américaine » et noté quatrième restaurant le plus populaire de l'État par le Zagat Survey. Vous pourrez prendre place dans l'une des alcôves chaleureuses et accueillantes de cet élégant restaurant chic sur deux niveaux, dans le jardin extérieur récemment réaménagé ou dans l'invitante section bar. Vous apprécierez le menu américain moderne du chef propriétaire Bruce Lefebvre, qui y ajoute une touche internationale attirante. Le restaurant vous propose des spécialités telles que le sashimi de thon servi avec salade de concombres et bouillon de citronnelle, les gnocchis à la truffe noire au pesto d'amandes et basilic et le magret de canard mariné au thé, servi avec un gâteau de riz au jasmin, des pousses de pois, des champignons shiitake et une sauce au canard fumé. We waited over half an hour just for drinks. When the drinks didn’t come, we had to leave.

The Frog and The Peach remains one of New Brunswick’s pillars of higher end dining, so it was extremely disappointing that the food was just “ok”. My pork belly appetizer was tasty, yet had a flubbery texture. My main course of red snapper had an odd presentation and was tough. My wife fared better with the chilled lobster appetizer and strip steak. Service was spot on and the ambience didn’t disappoint, although in the future I would ask to not be seated in the back room. Last point, I might have missed it, but I don’t recall the Open Table app noting that the Saturday night dinner prix fixe menu.

This was our first time and we loved it. The only issue we had was that we were forced to order from the Valentine's Menu and were very disappointed (nothing was stated on the website about this). We had chosen orders while waiting for the restaurant to open and the regular dinner menu was awesome. None of what we chose from the dinner menu was offered on the Valentine's Menu. However, what we did order we liked very much. Definitely will go back. Ambience was lovely and service was amazing.

We chose from the Valentines Day menu which had plenty of choices for a prix fixe menu. Amuse bouche was delicious, noodle/ caviar sushi. Black truffle gnocchi appetizer was delicious. Entrees of 10 oz steak and chicken saltimobocca were delicious too. The martinis were fantastic as well.

I’ve been to the frog and the peach many times in the past and was never disappointed. This time, unfortunately probably due to the number of people and lack of adequate service. We left disappointed. While the main courses and appetizers were quite good, the drinks were way overpriced and the service was lacking. There are so many other really good choices in New Brunswick.

Our valentines dinner at the frog and the peach was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and the service was great. We were seated quickly and was done eating around an hour which was perfect to catch our movie. Thank you for a very memorable evening!

Went for dinner on Valentine's Day and as Always never a disappointment. Food was Great and cooked to perfection, Service Outstanding. Go to place for upscale dining.

Always looking for a great dining experience. Frog and Peach always rated one of the best restaurants. Finally got there and it was everything I've always read about. What took me so long to get there?! You'll need to see for yourself- it's simply the best!
