La Guild House est un restaurant rustique proposant une cuisine américaine créative pour le déjeuner, le dîner et le souper.     Last visit I had to Columbus we visited Guild House and I thought it was fantastic however this trip the food wasn’t nearly as good. Could have been the chef cooking on this shift? We had an early dinner and maybe the chef from lunch was still on. I ordered the beet salad which was very good. Highly recommend. Next had the wagyu beef. The potatoes were cold. The server asked me how I wanted the streak cooked and it was under cooked and not hot. For my entree I had the halibut. This was very bland. The outside of the fish was crisp and warm however the middle was cold. And accompaniments were bland and boring. We also shared the sweet potato rolls which were delish. Maybe they were having an off night but the food wasn’t nearly as good as I remembered. My server was very good.

    Leah at The Guild House was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, she was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Her recommendations for the dishes were spot-on, and she clearly knew the menu inside and out. The service was impeccable, and she made our entire dining experience truly memorable. Leah deserves a huge shout-out for her outstanding work; we'll definitely be back just to see her again! Highly recommend!

    Our waitress was so knowledgeable of the menu. We really appreciated her recommendations and they were all fabulous. The pancakes were soooo good. I didn’t know pancakes could be on this other level of deliciousness, but somehow, they were! Drinks were great, and the kitchen was so kind to pre-split everything as we were sharing everything so we could try more menu items! Smoked chicken hash and truffle eggs were excellent. We would dine here again. Food and staff were on-point (Cameron Mitchell has yet to let me down). If you’re staying at The Joseph, it’s a no-brainer to get a reservation here as it’s right downstairs!

    Was a special night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were not disappointed. Everything was top shelf!

    This is where my boyfriend and I chose to eat as our first meal in Columbus, Ohio! It did not disappoint. We had an 8:45 reservation, but went early and sat at the bar to have a drink and a couple of appetizers. We ordered the steak tartare and the oyster mushrooms. The steak tartare was fresh, cold, and had your classic tartare flavor. Texture was great as the meat wasn’t over minced. The mushrooms were “calamari” style and came with a couple of dipping sauces. The truffle aioli and the tomato fondue. I do wish we had more bigger bites of the oyster mushroom. We were fishing for them on the plate. Once at a table (we asked to be moved in order to accommodate the addition of friends also flying in — which the staff kindly and graciously accommodated us) we ordered the lampchops with the vegetable fried rice. I do believe this was by far the best bite of our evening. Definitely a must try. For our entree, we ordered the agnolotti and the sea bass. The agnolotti was flavorful with a generous amount of lobster! The seabass was cooked well and the light broth it came with was delicious. We ordered broccolini as a side dish which also didn’t disappoint We’re excited to come back to try more menu items!

    The Guild House is truly a fine restaurant. They make service a priority. The hosts and servers were incredibly kind and efficient. The food was extremely good. My guests had the filet and the gnocchi. Both said it was excellent. I enjoyed the lobster agnolotti. The dish featured an ample amount of lobster and delicious ravioli. The room is beautiful and well appointed. Overall the experience was outstanding.

    Our server was FANTASTIC! Food was amazing. Highly recommend the expresso martini. A perfect start to our first wedding anniversary.

    Good food and service, just loud, local beer price was high because of there ambiance, my date loved her scallops my sea bass was good.

    Excellent service start to finish. Had to rearrange a reservation and was accommodated immediately. Enjoyed the unique drinks and apps. Try the oysters! Like nothing we've had before! Lunch portions were perfect, even large! (Took some home too!) Never an empty glass or dirty dish left behind, staff even perceptive to guests walking through restaurant and stepped aside for them. Impressive! Highly recommended for a unique experience on High St in Columbus.
