   A fun, interesting and a restaurant unique to Jackson, Wyoming-not some chain. Delicious and creative food an amazing signature apple pie. Shut up and get in there!

   Bison ribs were recommended but they are smothered in BBQ sauce ... they were out of elk loin which was the reason for the visit.

   They prepared the meat to perfection! We got the Bison prime rib and the fillet flight (elk, bison & beef) and my wife and I loved the prime rib and the elk the best. Truly wonderful.

    Great restaurant for family dinner and really good food. Try the bone marrow, fried green tomatoes and bison.
