Loved the atmosphere and setting of the restaurant. Ordered at bottle of Bonanza Cabernet Savignon and is was great! We ordered the Bison Prime Rib rare and it was a bit tough, slightly dry, and tasted overcooked so we were disappointed as it was highly recommended by friends and the reason we chose this restaurant over many others in the Jackson Hole area. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes were delicious. The French Onion Soup was outstanding and the highlight of our meal. It was our anniversary dinner and we noted that in our Open Table reservation but no well wishes on our special occasion were offered nor a dessert or drink which was disappointing. We may give it another chance someday!

This game steakhouse is absolutely incredible! The game meat combo with the Bison rib entree is the perfect sharing experience.

Could be so good. Inattentive wait staff. Lacks service- could only imagine it was because we had a gratable table (7). Share plates were dirty. Sent steak back twice- ordered ribeye mid rare, came out way over cooked. Second you could tell them put the weight on it and hoped for the best. Came out very rare. Third try was closer to mid rare- I kept it and at around the steak. Unseasoned and off a dirty grill. I know it was the end of the night but you’re not going to hurt the grill if you brush it clean between turns. 10/10 avoid.

We dined in years ago and haven’t stopped talking about it since, ten years later we’re finally back for round two and it did NOT disappoint. Delicious!!

This was an absolutely perfect dining experience. The ambiance was incredible, loved the rustic setting and artifacts, the food was delicious and well prepared, and I had a very professional efficient server named "Angel." He made everything exceptional.
