The decoration and ambiance is incredible here-beautiful…but that is where it all ended. Sushi is pretty lackluster – and it doesn’t have a lot of flavor. My kids bento box, which included shrimp tempura – came out cold. My wife’s order did not come, and my steak was pretty unimpressive. The worst part – was the service provided by Santiago… he didn’t care, he had zero skills when it comes to serving tables, and he really didn’t want to be there… first time, in a long time, but I did not leave a tip

I had a disappointing experience at The Hamilton. While the food was outstanding, everything else fell short. The service was slow and inattentive, the ambiance was lacking, and the value for the price was poor. On top of that, the noise level was too energetic, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re only coming for the food and don’t mind everything else being subpar.

We had the filet and shrimp special. It was cooked to specification perfectly and delicious. Our waitress was superb and we had very good service. Highly recommend.

Overall solid restaurant. Beautiful restaurant with an historical feel, beautiful artwork and ambiance! I would absolutely recommend it.

My daughter and friends enjoyed spending her 18th birthday at the Hamilton the service was amazing food was amazing as well

Brian was an amazing server. He was so attentive and personable and made our dinning experience so much fun. The food was pretty tasty and the overall atmosphere was great. Will definitely go back.

I am vegan and the server had no problem making sure my meal was dairy-free and meat-free. She even told me there was fish broth in the Miso Soup, which I didn’t order due to her honesty. I think the restaurant should include the fish broth on the list of ingredients on the menu. Every ingredient should be listed when it comes to meat, diary or any spice with heat (cayenne, chili, etc.). Good food, good service. I have never had a bad meal here.
