Le restaurant The Hive at 21c est situé à Bentonville, au 21c Museum Hotel. Il propose une identité culinaire unique caractéristique de l'Arkansas. Son chef Matthew McClure s'inspire d'une cuisine champêtre raffinée. Le menu met en valeur les agriculteurs régionaux et le paysage culinaire. We had a wonderful dinner at The Hive. The waitstaff was fantastic, and we loved the food. Ask about the penguins!

Overpriced for the quality of food. I’m sure it is fine most nights but the Valentine’s Day special was not the best.

Fixed menu for VD, but flexible with dietary restrictions. My salmon was awesome!

My wife and I went here for an early valentines day date. We had the sweet potato soup and baked ricotta for appetizers. Both were incredible. The sweet potato soup was so smooth and rich and creamy. Delightful. The baked ricotta had dates and was served with sour dough. It really is a must try. We decided to tried their burgers for our entree. The patties are THICK and the buns are their to make a statement. While good the star really was the fries. We also had a "here comes the sun" refresher. It is a great sipping drink, if you like tart and sour which we do. The service was okay. There doesn't seem to be a dress code for the staff and we often had to wait 10 plus minutes for our server to get back around to us. Atmosphere was unique and fun, food was great, would return for sure and it made the top 10 in NWA for us, but not Top 5. Would recommend

Our waitress Olivia was outstanding!! One of our steaks was very fatty. It was replaced immediately and even brought us a delicious dessert as an apology. Everything was handled very professionally. We recommend this restaurant and will eat here again

Staff was overwhelmed. Too many dinners were booked. It took two hours and forty-five minutes.

Angela, our waitress was outstanding! You couldn't ask for better service and her recommendations were spot on. The ambiance is lovely, quiet due to post holiday, but we prefer that. Wonderful apps, food and wine - oh yes, the dessert was excellent ;)

Wide choice of well prepared foods. One of the best hotel restaurants that I have been to in years! In addition to the good food, the service was exceptional as well. No disappointments here.
