    Ivy Kensington is not a patch on Ivy Birmingham. There was no real customer service, we felt ignored. Really put me off ever going there again. I will stick to Ivy Birmingham only in future. It's a shame service standards are not consistent across all the brand.

    The service wasn’t as high as some of the other venues and had to wait a while to catch people attention. Food great though and very reasonably priced.

    La ragazza alla porta é stata molto fredda. Al tavolo il servizio é stato lento e sono sempre venuti soli quando chiamati . La qualità del cibo é buona.
