   Excellent service, our waiter was great, very attentive and friendly, Food was phenomenal as usual, little pricey, but it's the Keg, was expected, and exactly why we only go for special occasions

   We made a reservation and ask for a certain table and they gave it to someone else just before we got there, They were a walk in. We than had to wait for our table because there were none available.

   Wonderful experience for a special occasion. Manager was very kind and checked on us. Would definitely go back to this location again.

   We arrived (2 people) as per our reservation and were immediately seated in an area at the rear of the restaurant clearly configured to accommodate a large group. After getting our menus and awaiting our bottle of wine we were horrified to see that the group they were expecting was an entire boys hockey team ( 20 or more children plus adults) from the US in town for a tournament. As they entered, a woman who was with them approached us to say they would try to control them but perhaps we should consider " moving to the bar". We then requested to be relocated elsewhere and the Manager was able to promptly arrange the move. While the servers were doing their best they were clearly overwhelmed by this party at the expense of other diners and we chose to leave without having our usual coffee and dessert to complete our meal. I believe that we should have never have been seated in this area in the first place, especially having made a reservation and being forced to move was most upsetting. As locals who dine at this Keg 2 or 3 times a year, we will not be returning any time soon.

   Our waiter was great service was great. The table / booth was not the best and the patrons across from us because they used isle to seat 1 of their party made our table not very private. Food was excellent. It was a little loud from table adjacent so that made ambiance not so good. Cost was expensive but reasonable for the quality of the dishes we consumed. Overall I give it a 3 out of 5. We've gone other times and was better in ambiance and privacy. This time not so much.

   Family birthday dinner at The Keg pretty much sums it up. Food was extremely good and service was wonderful.

    We drive from Oshawa to this location for most of our family celebrations. It is always amazing but tonight was not the best. The manager apologized for our 25 min wait despite our resos bc the people at our table ignored the time limit. I thought it was great they apologized and even offered 2 apps. The waitress was great but few hiccups .. mainly my sisters salmon was undercooked and my daughter's steak was not cooked correctly. They made up by not charging for my sisters salmon and offered her a dessert and redid my daughter's steak but overall we had all eaten and were finished by the time they got their food. Things happen we will be back and appreciate the waitress and management.
