   Food was great along with the service. Had an enjoyable evening. The perfect way to celebrate my 60th Birthday! Always a special treat to eat at the Keg!

   Unfortunately we ordered a steal that came over cooked during a business meal. Manager did apologize and waited 10 minutes before the new steak came out however there was no compensation or gesture of goodwill offered.

   The Keg Steakhouse delivered an exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure every detail was taken care of without being intrusive. And the food? Absolutely top-notch! The steak was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and paired beautifully with delicious sides.    Arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation. Seated 5 mins after reservation. Noise at 5:30 PM was OK. Music was too loud all evening. Steaks tasted fantastic & were both cooked perfectly. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like boxed, flake potatoes; barely tasted garlic. I asked for fries as a replacement & they were great & complimentary. Was ready for 3rd glass of wine, but, never offered; same with water AFTER dinner, until finally when we were close to leaving. There was a small child next to us, dropping their covered glass on the floor; just water, but all over my left leg, slacks & shoe. Mother apologized; I said it’s just water. As evening progressed, the same child was tossing EVERYTHING imaginable on the floor including food, fruit, silverware; workers constantly there on their hands & knees cleaning up after this child. The family could tell we were over it by then, so, they quit eye contact. They did nothing. The child was NEVER removed from the dining room. At that point, when paying $47 per steak, you’d think restaurant management, servers would have handled it & had the parents, grandparents, someone, take the child out front where she’s not impacting at least 2 tables in immediate proximity. We tipped $45, much more than was deserved & much less than I’d normally leave had there been better, consistent service. This was a HUGE disappointment, as this was my first visit to The Keg since moving away in 2020. We will not be back! DISAPPOINTED!

   Very busy night, Waiter didn’t appear till 15 min after seating (with reservation). Water service came another 10 min later. Bar & Food took an exceptional long time. 1 of 3 orders were made right, my steak was overcooked and Mom’s Sirloin came sans Oscar. Oscar came within 5 min. Waited another 25 minutes for my steak. My party was beyond finished when my dinner arrived. I just wanted my steak made medium not very well done but had to wait for the manager to personally deliver a full plate re-do. This maybe the policy of the restaurant when an order isn’t right. I personally don’t need a second plate of French fries & veggies. I consumed more than enough while waiting. Furthermore, no offer to comp anything. Dined @ the keg over the decades, this time the experience fell below the bar.

   Was my birthday so decided to use the Keg voucher. Server Sam was excellent! We ordered the shrimp cocktail and when it came out my wife got the distinct smell of old shrimp a d when I picked up one to eat it it was slimy and smelled bad. Sam took it back and apologized and told his manager. We got the lobster bisque instead. Our meal was good. It was not until we were ready to pay that a manager came out to apologize for the shrimp. She so kindly took it off the bill. My wife asked her if she inspected the shrimp and the manager said it smelled funny. She did comp my dessert which was their upside-down pineapple cake. It was ok but wouldn't order it again. There were three managers there and I think they sent out the most junior one to our table. She was kind but acted very sheepish and scared to face a customer with a problem. Not sure if we will be coming any time soon to The Keg. When we are at Texas Roadhouse a d have a problem the manager comes out promptly and resolves the issue right away. Kudos to Texas Roadhouse and there managers. We definitely will be going back there to dine.

    Our waiter, Jake was excellent. Attentive, courteous and efficient. Everyone else helped serve plates and clean up. A well-oiled machine.
