C'est en 2005 que The Ledbury ouvre ses portes avec Brett Graham en tant que chef cuisinier, soutenu par une équipe jeune et dynamique, y compris le sous-chef Greg Austin, et le directeur du restaurant Darren McHugh. The service was very good, the waiters were very patient in explaining, the food was very beautiful, every bite was amazing. I'll still choose this restaurant for my next party.

We are here prior to Covid , and had one of the great meals of our lives . Back now , it’s even better - the duck parfait was ridiculously good , each dish was a new sensation . Wine pairings were excellent and very well thought out . Service was friendly and knowledgeable , and Chef was very engaging . Go if you can .

A fantastic experience from start to finish. This is one restaurant I would definitely recommend and return to again.

We had a truly memorable experience at The Ledbury. The food is extraordinary and the service unimpeachable. Unlike some other top tier restaurants, The Ledbury remains remarkably unpretentious. We were pleasantly surprised to find that prices were not increased after the restaurant received its third Michelin star last year. It remains expensive but well worth it for a special occasion splurge.

Wonderful 3 hat experience. Brett leads from the floor inspiring his staff and customers with his hands-in curation. We came to watch the first Australian to achieve 3 hats at work and were astonished to see the most gregarious and engaged chef we have ever seen at any rated resto. Under his energy, the Ledbury delivers high performance cuisine with a relaxed social client ambience.
