The Liberty NYC is open from 11:00am during the week and 10:00am on weekends. We offer Happy Hour EVERY DAY from 4-8pm, which includes our famous $12 mules of various styles, house wine for $8, house beer for $7, and Blue Point Oysters for $9.

Our Bottomless Brunch is also not one to miss from 10:00am until 4:00pm every Saturday and Sunday.

Our all-day dining menu includes breakfast, gluten-free and vegetarian options. Select Standard Seating for indoor dining or Outdoor for outdoor dining.

The Liberty embodies the spirit of the city she serves; the liberty to be one’s self. The Liberty is located at 29 West 35th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, just steps from Herald Square, the Empire State Building, and Macy's. Staff was fantastic- so friendly and welcoming. Food was good. Sodas need to be larger, but overall a nice experience.

Overall very good, food was delicious especially the turkey and veggie burgers and fantastic happy hour prices and selection.

The service was really great: friendly and accommodating. The steaks…not the best quality and the steamed vegetables were simply cold. The first dish came with the main, which was ridiculous and by the time we finished our steaks, the fried calamari (first dish) were cold.

it was good, no complaints! however it didn’t like absolutely wow me and the food was slightly overpriced for what we were getting

We had a large group with lots of orders flying around & the staff kept everything orderly & correct. The space is fun & the happy hour deal is pretty good.
