   Everything was great. My sister and I decided to go out on an unplanned whim tonight and ended up at the Melting Pot. Our server Michelle was awesome and made our experience very enjoyable.

   Our server was pleasant and tried hard but she was VERY slow and was forgetful when we requested items. The food was delicious as always.

   Patrick and Chase were amazing waiters. Great night out celebrating our friends birthday. Disappointed that MP doesn’t do anything special for birthdays.

   You are not going here for the best meal ever. The food is fine, but you are going here (and paying for) an experience. As you could expect, the best part is the book ends of the meal, the cheese course, and the dessert. The entree round is fine (no complaints), but if you come here and are looking for a Ruth's Chris meal, you will leave disappointed. If you come in open-minded and looking for something new, you will be happy. If you leave hungry, that's your fault. There is plenty of food offered. It makes for a perfect date night or night out with a group of friends as the entire concept of the meal is interactive. It's not cheap, so I don't see folks making this a regular weekly stop, but definitely for special occasions, it can hit the spot.

   Be careful, tip is automatically built in at 20%. Further, something like champagne if automatically given should be told that it’s going to be a charge and not automatically charged to your bill. That’s not right.

   Initially, had to request a different table because they sat us right next to the door even though there were other open tables. However, Christian was a great server and the food was amazing. The atmosphere could have been improved but overall great experience.

   Christian was one of the best servers we have had at the melting pot in years. The service was exceptional and he was very attentive
