   Food was good service not so much. Took alot to try and get a server to come over and forgot alot of requests for the meal.

   Our server Peter tried to be attentive but failed several times. He would not check back enough between entrees and had to apologize a lot because he would forget easy things like forks, spoons, skewers. He brought us our check at the end of our meal with our dessert. He never asked if we wanted coffee and asked us for our credit card in the middle of dessert while we were still eating, that has never happened before and it is totally unacceptable. I was not happy with Peter doing that and I will request not to have him as a server again. After that he acted annoyed and he never came back and the table runner came and took our CC so we could pay. The food was very good and Peter’s presentation was just fine. We will definitely be back as we love the Melting Pot we just will request a different server.

   We had a great experience at Melting Pot! We used to frequent this location often but moved from the area so it was a treat to visit as we were traveling thru. Anthony is still there and is so nice. We had Kylie as our server and she was super sweet and did a fantastic job. Our meal was good - our 12 year olds favorite place/meal. Looking forward to visit this location the next time we are in the area.

   It was a little bright for my taste not very romantic and sounded a lot like a school cafeteria. Definitely try the one in DC before this one if you can.

   Kids like the experience. One small cooking pot for four people results in long cooking times and frankly it’s just a lot of work to eat little bits of food over a very extended period of time. It’s so overpriced for the amount of food you get as well. No bread is served. Drinks not included. There is not much ambiance at this location at all either.

    In for a quiet dinner, set in a section full our loud unruly guests whose phones not only went off constantly, the had loud calls and played videos on speaker! One family had 2 tables and were constantly going back and forth. One guest was running his company over dinner. Another table was never cleaned even though the guests left before we were seated, so we got to view all their dirty dishes. Host blew our table location as there were MANY other tables available. Also, charging for refills for our sodas? Really? That short on profit? Really made me question if I will ever return to this location again. Waiter was fine, seemed to be attentive, but we were his only table in this noisy section, so hardly saw him.
