Disappointing. I haven’t dined here since before Covid and they have gone downhill. This used to be a dining experience that the ambiance, service and food was worth paying a little more. Not anymore…the hostess was rude and indifferent, despite having a reservation we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes or take a high top table in the bar. We chose to wait as this was a birthday celebration and the Melting Pot was chosen for the experience. When are table was ready they led us to a table near the restroom and kitchen that did not look clean. The bar staff was our server and she was very pleasant but it felt as if we were just patrons at the bar. We were a party of two couples and each couple wanted to order the 4 course experience but we wanted different fondue. The table had only one cooktop and we were told that we had to order just one. Our server tried to locate a second freestanding but didn’t have any. We were moved to the high top bar table because they had two burners. The food was good but by this time the experience that I remembered from the many special occasions that we have been here in the past has been tarnished. My spouse is not a fan of here because of cost and cooking your own food but would go along because I have always loved the experience and service. I think I will pass next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience tonight at the Melting Pot. Service was excellent (Michelle), very personable and seemed to enjoy her job. Food was top notch. We requested a quiet booth in the back and they gladly accommodated our request. So much appreciated. Will definitely be back.

Always a treat to go here! Our service was top-notch and accommodating. The dipping sauces were excellent but they gave 4 of us such a small amount! We had to keep asking for more.

In all of our visits to the Melting Pot, this is the first time that we have felt we were rushed through our dinner. We hardly had a moment to talk before our first course was brought and the salads right on top of the cheese course. We hadn’t finished the cheese and they were bringing the main course. We were constantly having items cleared off the table as soon as they believed us to be done. It just wasn’t a relaxing anniversary dinner we were hoping for.

It was so fun and delicious! Our server was great and the manager made us bbq sauce! We have 4 teen grandchildren and took them to dinner. So 6 of us was fun size group. We started with cheese fondue -Alpine and Wisconsin cheddar. Both delicious. We ordered 3 land and sea and 2 salmons. And weren’t able to finish so I cooked the remaining and took home. The proteins were all fresh and delicious. We did one broth and one griddle. And of course the chocolate .so yummy! Loved it!
